MESSIER MARATHON (20230415) – MUSEU DA LUZ MOURÃO

The Albireo Association, together with EDIA, the Portuguese Association of Amateur Astronomers (APAA) and the Institute of Astrophysics and Space Sciences (IA), organised a meeting of Amateur Astronomers on the afternoon of April 15th at Luz Museum, Aldeia da Luz in Mourao. That same evening a Messier Marathon will take place where the aim is to observe through the telescope as many galaxies, nebulae and open and closed clusters of a total of 110 objects catalogued by the 18th century French astronomer Charles Messier.
